To produce graphical representations of data like Bar graph we use Charts option.

To create a charts,choose charts from the Insert menu.

A Bar graph representation appears in the new slide created.An additional box appears for entering the values.

To insert a table,select Table from the Insert menu.

A dialog box appears asking for number of rows and columns that you might need.

Enter the values and click OK.
