1. To add animation effects to objects and the slide,we use custon animation.     2. In the Custom Animation dialog box,we can choose any readymade effects in the effects tab.     3. We can also control the timing of the slide show also the user interface settings.         ^Top       1. For the user interface section in Microsoft Powerpoint,select Action Settings on the Slide Show menu.     2. In the Action Setting dialog box,we choose options for links between slides or to a particular web page.     3. We can also run some applicatins and also play built in sounds.         ^Top       1. To give some animation when passing from one slide to other,we use slide transition option.     2. In the Slide Transition dialog box,choose the transition style and sound if necessary.     3. We can also change the user interface to go to the next slide(we can make it manual or automatic).     ^Top       1. To set a timer during slide show or to control the slides in a slide show,we use the Rehearse Timing option.     2. The Rehearse Timing dialog can be opened by choosing Rehearse Timing on the Slide Show menu.     3. The Rehearse Timing dialog shows the playback controls og the slide show or a particular slide.             ^Top       1. On the Slide Show menu.click Record Narration. A dialog box appears showing the amount of free disk space and the number of minutes we can record.     2. Click Set Microphone Level to adjust the microphone voloume and make other adjustments.     3. Click change quality to change the sound quality.
