1. To open a file,on the File menu choose Open or press ctrl+O .     2. The Open dialog box appears.From the dialog , browse to supported files and click open.     ^Top       1. When you click on this a dialogbox appears.     3. Browse to the file and click Save for a html or web page.     ^Top       1. Pack and Go is tool use convert your presentation into an executable files so that you dont need powerpoint to run the slide show.     2. When you choose the Pack and Go option on the File menu,the wizard will appears.     3. IChoose the files that you want to pack and the destination where to go.     4. After you finishing the process,open the exe file created in your destination path and browser and put it in your folder.       ^Top       1. To print a page or take a hard copy of a page,choose Print from the file menu or press ctrl+P .     2. Before selecting this option check whether the printer device is connected.     3. A dialogbox will appear depending upon what printer type you have.
